This 2006 Fleetwood Mallard 180CK travel trailer is 22 feet 2 inches long and 9 feet 11 inches high. We have all of the original paper work for this trailer. This travel trailer has a GVWR of 5900 lbs and a carrying capacity of 2193 lbs. It has an aluminum exterior with high gloss finish and has virtually no wear. There are no dings or dents and the paint is in perfect condition. The roof is a seamless, rubber, one piece with no leaks. the trailer has 4 leveling jacks. The travel trailer has a ton of security features including locking, insulated luggage compartments, blinds over all windows and a dead bolt locking door as weel as a screen door. It has a 6 gallon propane water heater and a 50 gallon fresh water tank. The interior of this unit is in amazing condition.
The bed still has plastic covering from the factory! Including the over head bunk, sofa bed, and table bed this trailer sleeps 7 comfortably so the entire family can come along! There is plenty of storage in the oak raised cabinets, medicine cabinet and the under bed lift-up storage. The kitchen features a microwave, cook top, dual sink and double door propane/ electric refrigerator. The ac is ducted in the ceiling and floor ducted heating keeps the temperature inside comfortable no matter what the weather outside is. With the built in AM/FM/CD audio system, RVQ BBQ hook up and 12 foot awning with porch light every trip can be a family event!
