Job Description
Sets up, processes and maintains all financial transactions in accordance with Corporate Office regulations



• Receives and verifies details of daily transactions

• Calculates daily sales results and prepares associated reports

• Performs accounts payable functions

• Balances books and compiles monthly reports

• Coordinates and processes human resources/payroll activities

• Performs clerical duties in compliance with Corporate Office regulations

• Answers phones and provides assistance to customers

• Maintains a safe work area for customers and coworkers

• Performs other miscellaneous duties as assigned

• May provide assistance on retail sales floor

• May cross train to perform other duties

Qualifications

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Prolonged periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending

• May lift up to 100 lbs and/or move up to 150 lbs. with assistive devices



OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to complete duties in an accurate and timely manner

• Ability to handle multiple tasks

• Ability to maintain confidentiality

• Ability to apply regulations and guidelines

• Ability to interface with other departments, customers and vendors

• Ability to read and interpret documents

• Ability to handle problems and facilitate successful outcomes

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

• Some formal training in bookkeeping or equivalent experience

• Two to three years of related experience

• Thorough knowledge of activities, methods, procedures, policies and regulations prescribed by Corporate Office

• Knowledge of accounting practices and methodologies

• Read, interpret and speak English

• Basic math and computer skills

• Detail oriented

• Valid Driver’s License may be required if responsibilities include operating a forklift, company/customer vehicles, or a personal vehicle used for business purposes
