CANTON, TX – Less than a year after its opening, Mill Creek Ranch Resort has been awarded the National Association of RV Camp Grounds’ top grade for customer satisfaction. Only 21 of the 4,000 independent campgrounds affiliated with the National Association of RV Camp Grounds received the prestigious “A” rating for customer service.
The ratings were determined by the nation’s first consumer satisfaction survey of independent parks sponsored by the National Association of RV Camp Grounds. The 2008 online survey, conducted by GuestRated.com, evaluated the guest experiences of 13,000 camping and RV enthusiasts. Two Texas parks made the list: Mill Creek Ranch Resort in Canton and The Vineyards Campground & Cabins in Grapevine.
