Component Coverage
ENGINE ASSEMBLY
Engine head(s), engine block, and engine barrels if damaged by the failure of an internally lubricated part. All internal parts. For rotary engines: rotor chamber, main shaft bearing, rotor, rotor seals, and all internally lubricated parts.
TRANSMISSION
Transmission case if damaged by the failure of an internally lubricated part, torque converter, and all internally lubricated parts thereof, vacuum modulator, internal linkage, mounts, oil pan, cooler and cooler lines.
DRIVE AXLE
(FRONT and REAR) Differential housing, transaxle housing and final drive housing, if damaged by an internally lubricated part, and all internally lubricated parts thereof, plus axle shafts, constant velocity joints, universal joints, drive shafts, hub bearings, supports, retainers and bearings.
SUSPENSION
McPherson struts (excluding replacement cartridge), strut bar and bushing, upper and lower control arms, shafts and bushings, upper and lower ball joints, steering knuckles, wheel bearings, stabilizer shaft, linkage and bushings, king pin and bushing, torsion bars, spindle and spindle supports, coil and leaf springs.
STEERING
Gear housing if damaged by an internally listed covered part, and all internally lubricated parts of the steering gear box, the rack and pinion gear, power steering pump, main and intermediate steering column shafts and couplings, cooler and cooler liners, power cylinder, Pitman arm, idler arm, tie rod and tie rod ends, drag link, control valve and cylinder.
FUEL DELIVERY
Fuel pumps, fuel tanks, metal fuel lines, fuel distributor, fuel injection pump and vacuum assist booster pump, auxiliary tank switch.
AIR CONDITIONING
Compressor, clutch and clutch pulley, condenser, evaporator POA valve, accumulator offline tube, temperature control programmer, power module, idler pulley and bearing, receiverdryer, blower motor, high/low cut off switches and pressure cycling switches. Roof mounted 110V also covered.
BRAKING
Master cylinder, power assist booster, wheel cylinders, combination valves, hydraulic lines and fittings, disc calipers, power brake cylinders, backing plates, springs, clips and actuators.
ELECTRICAL
Starter, alternator, voltage regulator, distributor, wiring harness, solenoid, relays, manually operated switches, wiper motors, gauges, window motors and regulators, mirror motors and controls, power antenna and motors, seat motors, power door locks, cruise control transducers and engagement switch, turn signal switch, dual battery paralleling switch, dashboard clock, and back-up alarm.
ELECTRICAL HIGH-TECH ASSEMBLIES
Fuel injection sensors, control module and injectors, electronic ignition module, electronic sensors and controller, electronic driver information display and module and electronic mixture control unit and sensors.
HEATING/COOLING
Water pump, including impeller shaft, bearings and bushings, radiator, heater core, fan, fan clutch, fan motor and control module, coolant recovery unit, fan shroud and electric block heater.
WATER HEATER
Burner assembly, tank, thermostat, thermocouple, gas valve and electronic ignition assembly.
WASTE SYSTEM
Shower, toilet (except electrical toilets), sink(s), holding tanks, gate valves and connectors.
FRESH WATER SYSTEM
Water pump, compressor, water tank, water lines, traps, fittings and faucets.
RANGE & OVEN
Burner assembly, thermostat, thermocouple, burner valves, microwave oven and power hood.
L.P. GAS SYSTEM
Regulators, gas bottles (except valves and gauges), mounting brackets, pigtails, LP lines and fittings.
HEATING SYSTEM
Furnace, ignitor, burner assembly, thermocouple, gas, valve, thermostat and blower motor.
REFRIGERATOR
Thermostat, thermocouple, 3-way cooling unit, burner assembly and ignitor.
AUXILIARY POWER/GENERATOR
All internally lubricated parts of the power plant engine, plus the starter, switches and generator assembly.
SEALS & GASKETS (NEW VEHICLES ONLY)
SUBSTITUTE TRANSPORTATION
We will reimburse you for up to $30.00 per day for a maximum of 5 days for a total not to exceed $150.00.
TOWING AND ROAD SERVICE
In the event of a mechanical breakdown of a covered part, we will reimburse you for up to a maximum of $50.00 Road service labor must be performed at the location of the failure.
TRAVEL EXPENSES
You will receive reimbursement from us for a maximum of three (3) days for expenses for meals (restaurant only) and lodging incurred by you and your family while staying at a hotel/motel, at the maximum daily rate not to exceed $75.00 for food and lodging under specific conditions.
